We've been playing around with a new format to help us really think about the wines we are tasting and distinguish between them. It involves asking creative questions to engage the drinker in a creative exercise. This produces a unique, almost poetic, review for each wine. We'll see how it goes. Here's the format:
What color best describes what you see and feel when you drink this wine?
What are the top three things you smell and taste?
Describe a visual scenario or situation that is this wine to you.
